The old funfair is back in town, and with it a curse that steals people's thoughts. Now a showman from an old fairground dynasty has vanished. And with him, a wedding hangs in the balance, and with it the future of two fairground families.

The Story

Someone broke into a caravan and took: nothing.

It had all started with small things people merely puzzled over between the stalls: the magicians' props went missing, the ghost train stood still for days. And soon, some of the showpeople could no longer remember the days gone by.

This is where your story begins. As a team of investigators, you follow the Thought Thief's trail through the lanes of the old town, solving puzzles along the way. An old fortune teller appears in augmented reality to guide you, and your game bag holds real puzzle objects to unpack, examine and decipher. You start whenever you like, but once you set off, the clock is ticking.

The original has been played for six years; for the remake, three development teams in an international collaboration rebuilt the entire funfair, with new artwork, new voices and reworked puzzles.
